Parents,

It was good to meet with you last night. I am posting electronics copies of all the information
I handed out last night along with a link to the “Enjoy the City” coupon book web site

I am also attaching a copy of the 60/30 letter I talked about last night. Please personalize the
letter and send out to as many people as you feel comfortable sending it to. This was by far
our biggest fund raiser last year. Please remember that any fund raising we do will directly
reduce our out of pocket expenses. If you have any fund raising ideas, please let me know.
We can still do an additional 8 fund raisers this year!

The following fund raisers are in place and will begin December 13^th, 2011.

Players and parents are encouraged to participate.  Please read details below.

In order to directly offset 2012 fees, all money must be turned in no later than January 10^th, 2012.

The signs are hung in Senator Stadium throughout the season.

Renewals are $125

60/30 Letter to

Family and Friends

Each team member will ask 20 friends of the Senators to pledge at least

$30.00 (fifty cents per mile run) to show support for the player and our program.

 In turn, each player will run a minimum of 60 miles during our pre-season conditioning program.
